How to Keep Your Momentum
Have you ever started a prayer routine and then one day it was ... just gone? Rose will share a way to keep going that really works.
HI, I'M ROSE.

I guide Catholics to a close connection with God that helps them reclaim their inner peace and live the purpose-filled life God intends.
Even when things are tough. Even when they wonder if God is even listening (he is!) or they think they're just plain bad at prayer (they aren't—they just need a little guidance!)
You deserve the close relationship with God that he has ready for you—and that will bring you the consistency and intimacy you've been missing.
In my free 35-minute workshop, "Prayer Made Simple," I'll share 2 easy steps that will give you a solid foundation for building a joyful prayer life. Register now!
MY STORY
I started at rock-bottom in my '20s—empty and scared after I broke up with my drug-addict boyfriend—and feeling like I'd never have a life with purpose.
But God had other plans!
I joined the 12-step Al-Anon program where I re-connected with God and began to heal from spiritual and emotional wounds.
In Al-Anon, I loved helping other members grow closer to God. Little did I know that I had found my life's purpose.
Since then, I've helped over 9,000 Catholics have a closer connection to God so that they can have the peace only God can provide.
I would love to share with you my simple process to connect with God and reclaim your peace in my free workshop, "Prayer Made Simple." Register on this page!
HOW DID I GET HERE?
I was received into the Church in 1990 after reading The Story of a Soul by St. Therese of Lisieux. In 1991, I began a 5-year study of the Summa Theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas in a study group taught by a priest at the Dominican seminary in DC.
I became a Lay Dominican in 1995.
I've contributed to CatholicMom.com, Catholic Women in Business, and SpiritualDirection.com; keynoted at diocesan Catholic women's conferences; and led retreats.
In 2023, I earned a certificate in Spiritual Direction.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
I pass along that inspiration and experience to you so that you can discover how to let the Holy Spirit lead you closer to our loving God.
CAREER
I ran a calligraphy studio in DC for many years (my work was presented to both Queen Elizabeth and Pope John Paul II), and later spent two years as director of a White House office.
I founded Virtue Connection in 2014 to help Catholics grow closer to God and live more virtuous lives.
In 2019, I began guiding Catholics specifically to a life of peace through prayer, which is the foundation of growth in virtue.
Through my speaking, writing, teaching, and blogging, I've helped over 9,000 people reclaim their peace in Christ to live more virtuous lives.

Thank you so much for creating a pathway back to vibrant prayer. I've never really had any direction and it's just a great comfort.
